Running along facility 4507 (powerline Rheinau-Hoheneck) one comes north of its end at Hoheneck substation to a further tower, which is from the same type as that shown on http://www.hoogspanningsforum.com/downl ... p?id=43025 . It carries the number 142 and is used for the overcrossing of this lines over some 110 kV-lines.

The powerlines shown on download/file.php?id=43023 cross southeast of Mundelsheim a quarry. While for the line on the right side of this picture nothing special happens there, is for the powerline on the left of this picture, the old powerline from Rheinau to Hoheneck a remarkable change,
As the tower 114 of this line blocked the work in the quarry, it was replaced by two new towers carrying the number 114a for that on the northern site and the number 114b for that on the southern site of the quarry.

Although for the powerline in the middle of download/file.php?id=43023, the 220 kV-powerline from Neckarwestheim to Hoheneck, a change must be done for its crossing of the quarry.
It was the replacement of Tower 62 of this line by a taller tower.

Tower 36 of Facility 211 (110 kV-powerline Sindelfingen - Stuttgart/Möhringen), a strainer on a penninsula in an artificial lake east of Sindelfingen.

At tower 76 of Facility 802 the powerline leaving Freudenstadt substation splits into a branch running in south-southeastern direction toward Oberndorf and a branch running eastwards toward Horb. Latter line has a garland-like communication cable on its ground conductor.

220 kV-powerline Rheinau-Hoheneck and 110 kV-powerline Rheinau-Neckargartach south of Heidelberg. The towers of latter powerlines are also designed for carrying two 220 kV-circuits, but at present only one 110 kV-circuit is installed.

One of the tallest normal (I mean hereby pylons in ordinary terrains) electricity pylons in Germany, Tower 141 of Gräfenhausen-Urberach. It is situated north the rest area Gräfenhausen and used for crossing the motorway A5. The 109 metres tall tower carries 4 circuits for 380 kV and 2 circuits for 220 kV. Latter however are at present unused.
A further interesting feature, which you can see on the picture are the overhead wires for experimental electric trucks on the motorway A5 in this section.

As you can read on https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trolleyveerboot, the ferry across Main river at Rumpenheim was until 1972 an electric ferry with power supply through an overhead wire. There are today still a few relicts in place. One of them is a pole, which was according https://www.binnenschifferforum.de/show ... tung/page3 part of the feeder line of the overhead wire.

However, I have some doubts about this statement as the crossbar of this pole shows in the wrong direction, but it is however possible, that there was a further pole.
