North of Wülfershausen in Northern Bavaria, there is at present (June 2022) a wind park with 10 turbines of Nordex117-type, each with a generating power of 2400 kW, under construction. It is planned to feed the generated power in the 110 kV-line Brendlorenzen-Kleinbardorf. For this purpose, a 110 kV-substation must be built at Wülfershausen.

Re: Duitse hoogspanningsmasten
At Neckarwestheim, there are two nuclear power stations, the shut-down Unit 1 and the still working Unit 2. Unit 1 fed its generated power with 220 kV in the public grid and with 110 kV in the single-phase AC grid of the German Railroad Company while Unit 2 feeds its power with 380 kV in the public power grid. Beside this, there was a rotary converter, which was replaced by an electronic converter, close to Unit 2 in order to exchange power between the public power grid and the single-phase AC grid of the German Railroad Company.
There is as well for Unit 1 and for Unit 2 only one circuit for feeding the generated power into the grid.
For the distribution of the power, there are two switching stations east of Neckarwestheim, one of the German Railroad Company and one for the public grid, which operates with 220 kV (the 380 kV generated by Unit 2 flew to Neckargartach substation and since a few years also to Hoheneck and Kornwestheim substation).
After the shutdown of Unit 1 and change of voltage from 220 kV to 380 kV in the line Neckargartach - Kornwestheim it got obsolete and the equipment was removed.

Re: Duitse hoogspanningsmasten
The powerlines near the switching stations of Neckarwestheim. The powerline with eight conductors belong to the German Railroad Company. The upper circuits run to Neckarwestheim nuclear power plant respecively the nearby-situated converter plant. Although the insulators of these circuits are designed for 220 kV, they are operated with 110 kV.
The reason for the higher insulation level results in the fact, that some case of failures in the paralell-running 380 kV-line can generate high voltages between ground and the circuits of the powerline of the German Railroad Company, for which an insulation with 220 kV is more suitable.
