Tower 259 of Facility 4508 (old powerline Hoheneck-Herbertingen). This tower, which is situated southeast of Eningen unter Achalm will remain as technical monument.

Tower 43 of Facility 613, a strainer of a 110 kV-line north of Weil im Schönbuch. The line, to which it belongs is a branch of 380 kV/110 kV-line Pulverdingen-Oberjettingen and ends in the substation of Schönaich.

North of the substation Ludwigsburg-Hoheneck, there are many interesting pylons. One of it is Tower 27 of Facility 332, a strainer with an auxiliary crossbar, which is part of the 380 kV-powerline Pulverdingen-Hoheneck.

Closer view on Tower 27 of Facility 332. One can see that an unused 110 kV circuit, which starts at Pulverdingen, ends on it and that a 110 kV-circuit of an other line is fixed on it with an auxiliary crossbar.

The line on the auxiliary crossbar of Tower 27 of Facility 332 runs to a branch pylon of a double-circuit powerline, which runs parallel to Facility 332 to Pulverdingen substation. This line is designed for carrying two 220 KV-circuits, but only one is in use with this voltage. The other is west(on the picture left) of the branch pylon in operation with 110 kV and unused on the other side.

Tower 56 of Facility 121. At this pylon, which is situated between Freiberg and Ludwigsburg-Hoheneck substation, the 110 kV-overhead line from Walheim Power Station ends and the underground cable to Hoheneck substation starts.
