Is there a good online ressource where one can find which voltage values are used in high voltage grids in different countries?
When looking for a cascade scheme of an arbitrary country, just go CIGRÉ.
When visiting the website, you can get to this page talking about the membering countries and grid operators. When clicking an icon at a country, a popup appears, offering amomg contact information often a PDF file with the major grid properties, cascade schemes, some maps/schemes and other key characteristics.
We are using that resource over here normally to get an idea of the second level grids (operating voltages, lines, stations and other revevants) of ENTSO-E members prior of starting to map anything below 220 kV.
