Very-low hanging overhead power lines

Where do power lines outside from switchyards hang so low, that the area under the line is not accessible to the public? I know that in South Africa near the HVDC terminal of Apollo the conductors of HVDC Cahora Bassa hang at an undercrossing of other power lines so low that the area under the HVDC line is fenced in and not accessible to the public, see https://www.google.de/maps/@-25.9156945 ... 312!8i6656 . Do you know other examples?
