An interesting question is, if the 110 kV powerline, which crosses the infamous Hoia Baciu forest ( see http://wikimapia.org/#lang=de&lat=46.77 ... 8&z=16&m=b ) is more often concerned from disturbances than other powerlines in Cluj-Napoca area.

Possible. But I believe, there will be not so often work on the 110 kV-circuits. Older towers with same conductor arrangement have crossbars in equivalent distances.
